The Chef, Nicolas Detailleur
Nicolas Detailleur is the chef at Enjoy Garden.
After working for several years in high-end establishments in Paris and Blois, he decided to return to his native region to introduce people to the typical dishes of Cher!
With simple and delicious cuisine, he will introduce you to his gourmet, colorful and tasty universe.
